Xebia welcomes 1000th Scrum student

Growing interest in Scrum training

On January 22, Xebia welcomed the 1000th Scrum student. During the ScrumMaster training, Ron Eringa of Philips Healthcare received a cheque for an Agile Management Workshop and a rugby ball signed by Scrum guru Jeff Sutherland to celebrate this event.

The ScrumMaster training, a role within development teams that use the Agile methodology, is given six to eight times a year in cooperation with Jeff Sutherland. This training is very successfull, as it offers a good combination of theory and practice combined with a a high level of quality. Xebia also gives Product Owner and Team Member training sessions, thus offering a complete portfolio of Scrum training. Xebia identifies a growing interest in its training portfolio.

In 2010, Xebia aims to expand its training porfolio with training for people that already have experience with using Agile. This offers students the opportunity to first practice the knowledge gained in the Product Owner or ScrumMaster training and then add to their skills.
