In September Xebia is starting a new apprentice year. Five bright young trainee developers (apprentices) will kick start their career under the full-time guidance of one of Xebia's masters.
At Xebia we have gathered some of the sharpest minds in the industry who are aching to teach you their craft. The one year apprentice program will consist of both training and practical experience. After an intensive bootcamp you will work closely together with several masters on different client projects. Apart from this on the job learning you will get at least 20% of your time to plan your career, study, develop open source projects, blog, prepare conference presentations. You will have weekly personal meetings with your mentor who will guide you throughout the year.
When you become an apprentice at Xebia, you will get a decent salary and equipment. Xebia's primary goal during the apprentice year is not to profit from your work, but to invest in top class craftsmen. After this year you will be a solid professional and obviously we will offer you a great job, where we hope you develop to become one of our masters.
