Organizations want to improve, and need to improve. Today's market demands an ever higher and better performance. This also applies to IT projects and project organizations. However, it is often difficult to identify exactly how and where to improve to get the maximum effect. We help our clients to identify what they want to achieve, why they want to improve and to determine their optimal approach towards improvement.

By focusing on the objective of the audit when defining the research question the audit execution, we provide the maximum effect for our customer. We also look beyond the obvious symptoms and identify the underlying causes of the current situation.

The Xebia approach

In an audit, we constantly keep the objective, the desired results and improvements in mind. Quality is the differentiator. Focused improvement is possible by steering on quality. This results in grip on projects and substantial cost savings.

Working closely with the customer, we define a research question and we select the appropriate reference frameworks. Xebia’s reference frameworks result from years of experience and accumulated knowledge. These frameworks create focus and objectivity in the research. We adapt the reference frameworks to the specific customer situation and objective, thus providing a tailor made frame of reference.

By entering the organization, doing extensive source research and engage with as much involved parties as possible, we come to a recommendation. With this approach, we create optimal customer support for the findings and recommendations of the audit. Thus the customer has the best possible basis to start from and take the next steps.
