The agile management workshop will teach you how an agile approach towards managing projects will leverage better results; agile software development and project management is a better way to organize projects that enables organizations to better prioritize project goals and to better deal with unforeseen circumstances and problems. In the workshop you will learn what the benefits of an agile project approach are, how to adopt it and what the benefits, pitfalls and possible consequences are for the organization as a whole.
