Our Business Requirements Unit supports clients in the area of Requirements Management and Business Agility. Our target is to identify and to complement what our clients truly need. By combining requirements management with an agile, evolutionary approach we give our clients the optimal support in finding the right solution.
Details of the position
As Requirements Consultant you can support the organization in identifying, drawing up and recording their functional and non-functional requirements based upon their business requirements and operating processes.
You like the challenge of acting as consultant, sparring partner and coach all at the same time: you’re building the bridge that connects Business to IT. And you like the challenge of advising and helping organizations when designing their Requirements Engineering/Management.
You know how to hold your own in the sometimes complex environments in which the projects are carried out. To perform effectively in this position you’ll need to be able to communicate effectively at all levels with customers, clients and users.Where it’s necessary, you convince the organization that it needs to adapt its processes so that these correspond better to requirements.
Drawing on your knowledge and experience in the areas of IT, process and change management you’re used to coping with resistance. You draw on that to initiate and chivvy along the required changes – right until the success you have in mind becomes real.
You’ll work in close collaboration with a team of professionals and exchange ideas about the development of technical designs and functional models. You present the scenarios and are firmly committed to implementation.

What we're looking for

At least 7 years’ experience in a relevant position and environment
-
Relevant experience in Use Case modelling;

Experience with leading standards and iterative methodologies such as Agile, RUP and Volere;

Experience with the issues interface of organization, business operations and IT;

A highly purposeful, entrepreneurial and communicative professional with a focus on quality and result;

Contributes at a high level of analytical ability (preferably you have completed a training programme in a relevant field).
